Requesting a North High School Transcript and Records

Current Students

To order transcripts, please:

  1. Complete a Transcript Permission Form for Academic Transcripts These are also available at the North High School office.  A parent/guardian signature is required for students not yet eighteen years old.  This form will remain on file for the current school year and does not need to be resubmitted with each request made during the year.
  2. Provide your identification.  
  3. Pay the fee.  Please note:  the first two transcripts ordered are free.  Every transcript thereafter is $2 until graduation.
    We accept:
    • cash (small bills only – no $100 bills)
    • money order (payable to TUSD)
    • electronic payment through our school Business Office Webstore (please note that a convenience fee is added for paying electronically).
  4. Choose the method of delivery.
    • in person:  from the Counseling and Records Office
    • electronic:  select the school(s) on Naviance prior to ordering transcripts
    • by mail:  provide a stamped and addressed envelope, -or- pay a $1 mailing fee per transcript.  Include also a full address for each transcript to be mailed.
  5. Place your order:
    • In person:  Please submit your Transcript Permission Form (if not already on file), identification, and payment.  Your transcript will be available for pick up within two business days.  If you are paying electronically through our webstore, print your receipt and bring it with you.  If you would like us to mail your transcript, provide us with a stamped and addressed envelope or pay a $1 mailing fee with an address where the transcript should be mailed for each transcript requested.  
    • By email to NHStranscripts@tusd.org:  Please submit your Transcript Permission Form (if not already on file), a photo of your identification, and a downloaded receipt from the webstore.  If you have already submitted the Transcript Permission Form please let us know in your email.  Your transcript will be available for pick up within two business days.   If you want us to send your transcript on Naviance, let us know in your email what school you have already selected.  If you want us to mail your transcript, please pay an additional $1 at the webstore and attach your receipt for each transcript requested.  Be sure to provide us with a full address where you want each transcript mailed.

If you have already submitted the Transcript Permission Form please let us know.  If you want to pay electronically, include a printed receipt from the webstore, otherwise include cash or money order.  Your transcript will be available for pick up within two business days of receipt.  We will contact you by email or phone when ready.  If you would like us to mail your transcripts, provide us with a stamped and addressed envelope for each transcript or pay a $1 mailing fee per transcript with an address where each transcript should be mailed.

Naviance:  Electronic submissions of transcripts for college applications and NCAA

Many colleges only accept electronic submissions of students’ transcripts.  To place an order for your transcript to be sent to a specific school, please follow this procedure:

  1. Log into Naviance at http://connection.naviance.com/nhsca
  2. Click the Colleges tab.
  3. Click on add applications.
  4. Select the college or university by clicking on the drop down menu or by typing it in the lookup box.
  5. Select the Application type – Regular Decision, Early Action, Early Decision, Rolling, etc. You must select the correct type. If you are unsure, please read your application documents and/or ask your counselor.
  6. Check to see if your college accepts electronic transcripts (you will see a picture of a computer next to the request in Naviance). If not (you will see a picture of an envelope next to the request in Naviance), please provide an addressed and stamped envelope to the Counseling Office so it can be mailed on your behalf. Another option is to provide the full mailing address and pay the $1 fee per transcript by electronic payment through our Business Office Webstore

Once you have made your college selection, proceed with placing your order.
Note:  Final transcripts are generally ready one to two weeks after graduation.



Former Students, 2004 to the Present

To order transcripts, please:

  2. Provide identification.   We accept government-issued identifications (driver’s licenses) or school ID’s.
  3. Pay the fee.  Every transcript is $5.

Former Students, to 2003

Records for students who attended in 2003 and earlier are stored on microfiche off site.  We order these records as soon as we receive a complete request (form, identification, and payment).  It may take one to three weeks to receive records.  

To order transcripts, please:

  3. Pay the fee.  The first transcript is $20.  Each additional transcript is $5. Please let us know if you ordered a transcript in the last couple of years. We accept:

    • By mail:  Please submit your Request for Student Records, a photo of your identification, and the payment to:
