Metro GoPass FAQs
If your card is lost or stolen, contact your school administration for a replacement, and then come back to taptogo.net/gopass to activate your new card by choosing “Replacing a Lost Tap Card.” Once your new card is activated your lost or stolen card will automatically deactivate.
Take a photo of the back of your GoPass TAP card when you receive it. If you lose your card and you need to troubleshoot your account you will need the card number.
You can now register a student reduced fare card in GoPass with an eligibility code from your school site. Contact your school administration for a GoPass eligibility code. Students who already have an orange K-12 Student Reduced Fare cared with their name on it can continue to use that card as their GoPass card by registering it at taptogo.net/gopass along with the new eligibility code from the school site.
Yes! To use a virtual card on your phone, please follow the instructions at the GoPass Registration Portal at taptogo.net/gopass.
