Public Hearing Regarding the Proposed Adoption of A Developer Fee Justification Study and the Increase of the Statutory School Fee

The Board of Education will hold a hearing and consider input from the public on the proposed adoption of a Developer Fee Justification Study for thhe District and an increase in the statutory school facility fee ("Level I Fee") on new residental and commercial/industrial developments as approved by the State Allocation Board on January 24, 2024. The adoption of the Study and the increase of the Level I Fee are necessary to find the construction of needed school facilities to accommodate students due to development.

Members of the public are invited to comment in writing, on or before June 17, 2024, or appear in person at the hearing at 7:00 p.m. on June 17, 2024, at tthe following location:

Proposed Rates Effective August 16, 2024:

Residential: $5.17

Commercial/Industrial: $0.84

Self-Storage: $0.07
