Classified Employee of the Year
At the Torrance Unified School District Board Meeting, our own Ms. Judi Opager was officially honored with Employee of the Year for the Middle School.
As she was given the award, she was commended for her 17 years of mentoring, dedication and compassion for our students. She created the Butterfly Club which empowers our students with leadership and life skills. 
It was noted that her professionalism and care for our school community is unmatched. In her role in the front office, she is often referred to as "the glue that holds the school together." Her kindness and dedication is infused with all she does.
