Magruder will be participating in the Great California Shake-Out, October 17th.
On this day, schools, business, and families across California drill, plan and prepare for the big earthquake. Our school will pretend the "Big One" is happening and follow all proper procedures: drop, cover and hold, emergency evacuation to the field, search and rescue, and first-aid set up.
We highly recommend that families set up plans and prepare themselves. Please discuss what to do in various situations when an earthquake might happen.
