Classified Classification and Compensation Study

Ewing Consulting is conducting a comprehensive Classified Classification and Compensation Study. This study seeks to support the district in ensuring all classifications are aligned and adapted to current requisites as well as conduct a comprehensive salary analysis. Participation in the study is voluntary, but strongly encouraged. 

With your help, Ewing Consulting hopes to
• Conduct a comprehensive and thorough analysis of all classified positions
• Allocate and assign the District’s classified employees to appropriate job classes
• Conduct a comprehensive salary review
