New Online Access to Direct Deposit Pay Stubs

Starting November 2023, direct deposit pay stubs will be available via LACOE’s District Applications Portal under the “My Documents” application tile. This  new safe and secure employee self-service process, will provide immediate online access to direct deposit pay stubs, as well as 12 months of data storage. To access the LACOE portal, you must use your TUSD google account login information. Once logged in, you can view and/or print your pay stubs.

The electronic direct deposit pay stubs will look the same as printed copies and will still include all essential information currently displayed. Since employees will now be able to access pay stubs online, direct deposit stubs will no longer be sent in the interoffice mail or mailed out. However, those who receive physical checks will continue with the same current process and those statements will not be viewable online.
