Wellness Week

We invite you to create a poster, video, TikTok, or reel (one minute or less) to fit this year's theme.

Submitted projects will be used to encourage students during our 2024 Wellness Week from May 13-17th.

Submissions are due by Sunday, May 12, 2024  EXTENDED! Sunday May 19 at 9:00 p.m. 

Contest Guidelines:

  • Open to all Torrance Unified students
  • Entries must NOT include any of the following:
    • No Profanity
    • No Violence
    • No weapons
    • No drugs
    • No copyrighted material
  • Poster or Video must illustrate, interpret and emphasize theme 
  • Students are encouraged to focus on wellness, mental health or healthy wellness strategies (social, emotional, physical, etc.)
  • Poster entries can utilize pastel, oil, colored pencils, markers, pencil, watercolors, acrylic paints, or can be made on electronic devices.
  • Students should take a photo or a screenshot of their poster for submission.
  • Video entries can be up to 3 minutes maximum.

    • Entries will be judged based on: 

    • Relevance to Theme
    • Originality
    • Impact
    • Creativity
