Vince Banim

Vince Banim has dedicated 37 years to music education, including 9 years at Sierra Vista High School, 11 years at Rowland Heights High School, and 18 years at West High School. Throughout his career, he has led distinguished band programs recognized for excellence in both performance and competition. His ensembles participated in the Rose Parade in 1992 and 1995, completed more than 20 performance tours across over 10 European countries, and consistently earned medals and sweepstakes awards in major marching band competitions with 6A bands exceeding 150 performers. Under his direction, students also performed in two Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade appearances, three Philadelphia Thanksgiving Day Parade performances, and multiple parades at Disneyland and Walt Disney World. His concert bands and wind ensembles have consistently received Superior ratings at spring music festivals.
