- Provides advice on computer equipment and software purchases
- Provides advice on implementation of networking and telecommunications
- Provides support to high school library information networks
- Provides Internet access as school sites develop the capability
- Publishes the Torrance Unified School District Staff Edition and informational brochures
- Operates the Technology Training Center to provide training on desktop, multimedia, and mainframe computers for certificated and classified employees
