The Torrance Unified School District is in the process of reviewing social studies and history textbooks and materials to be used in the classroom at every grade level. Part of this process includes input from parents and providing them with the opportunity to review the textbooks and materials.
History Textbook Adoption: Open House for Parent Review
Torrance, CA – The Torrance Unified School District is in the process of reviewing social studies and history textbooks and materials to be used in the classroom at every grade level. Part of this process includes input from parents and providing them with the opportunity to review the textbooks and materials.
Each open house session is 2-hours long and parents are welcome to arrive and leave at their convenience during the allocated time period. Those who attend are not required to stay for the entire 2-hours.
