PHYSICAL EDUCATION (PE) 

Middle School Sports Athletic Clearance Form: This form is REQUIRED for all students who would like to play on one of our Middle School Athletic Teams. Click HERE to download the form, form will be turned in to the Office. 

Conversations and questions about PE:
Physical Education(PE) is required for all students by California State law.  
Injury: If your child is injured, you can write a note and submit it to the health clerk in the office for a PE excuse. The PE excuse is valid for up to 3 days, after this time an ORIGINAL SIGNED Doctor's note is required.
Religious: If you would like your child exempt from certain activities or for a period of time in PE due to religious reasons, please write a note(state the reason) and bring it to the health clerk in the office.
