Greetings to the Madrona Middle School Community!

My name is Royce Stuckey and I am the new Assistant Principal serving the students of Madrona Middle School. It is my pleasure and honor to join the Madrona Wildcats Family!

I am a native of Southern California born and raised in Ventura County. I started my journey in education in 2006 at John H. Francis Polytechnic High School in LAUSD as a Mathematics Teacher. During my 12 years at Polytechnic High School, I served in various capacities such as Testing Coordinator, Attendance Dean and Activities/ASB Director. In 2018 I joined Culver City High School of CCUSD as a Mathematics Teacher and finished my last two years as a counselor. In my personal time, I am a church musician and choir director, enjoy amusement parks, bowling and traveling for relaxation.

I believe each student deserves the opportunity to learn, grow and achieve in a safe and fun learning environment. I further believe that families play an important role in a child’s educational experience and development. With a great school and family community, we can help our students become successful individuals and productive citizens.

As your new Assistant Principal, I aspire to support each student at Madrona Middle School in their academic and social-emotional development, and uphold the philosophies of Torrance Unified School District and the communities we serve.

If you have questions or concerns regarding your child’s success do not hesitate to contact me at: stuckey.royce@tusd.org or call at 310-533-4562 ext. 8790

Respectfully,

Royce Stuckey
