Annual Registration
1. Powerschool Online Registration - OPENS AUGUST 1
To complete registration at least one parent/guardian must have a PowerSchool Parent account. Click here to log in. Then click on the box that says TUSD Resources. Then go to Annual Online Registration. Enter/update information. After completing the online registration pages, click on School Links at the end, and go to step 2. For more information on this process go to Parent Powerschool Setup Instructions. If you have not received your Access ID and Password, or if you can’t recover your password, please contact the school office for assistance at Info.SHS@tusd.org.
What if we are already Registered at South? Even if your student is already enrolled, the Registration process still needs to be completed at the start of every year, to update emergency contacts, etc.
2. Online Information Packet
In School Links, select the grade level of your student. Review the important South High information and print any pages you wish to bring to registration. You may wish to print all pages for future reference.
Optional Purchases: ASB/Yearbook is available in the SHS Webstore: http://southhighschool.myschoolcentral.com/ ASB and PTA purchases and donations can also be made in person at Registration. You will see them all in the packet.
3. In-Person Registration - AUGUST 12-13
- Freshmen (Class of 2029)
Tuesday, August 12, 8:30 am—11:30 am - Juniors (Class of 2027)
Wednesday, August 13, 9 am—11 am - Seniors (Class of 2026)
Tuesday, August 12, 1:30 pm—3:30 pm - Sophomores (Class of 2028)
Wednesday, August 13, 1 pm—3 pm
4. Other Questions:
What if I cannot attend on my scheduled day? A relative or friend can bring in your paperwork for you -- send a note with them authorizing them to do complete your registration. Make up registration is on Monday, August 18, 9-11 am.
What if I want to change my class schedule or I have Summer School grades to turn in? The Counselors are unavailable during Summer Break - you can contact them during Registration. Class changes should have been made before the start of summer. AFTER receiving your class schedule, you can bring grades to the Counseling Office and turn them in to your Counselor.
