Student Wellness and Mental Health Resources

At South High School, we care deeply about supporting students’ well-being. Our on-campus wellness center, The Cozy Corner, is a safe, welcoming space where students can take a break, talk to a trusted adult, or get connected to additional support. We also offer a variety of resources including mental health hotlines, online tools, helpful articles, and virtual therapy options for students who may need support outside of school hours. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stressed, or just need someone to talk to, there are caring people and helpful resources available to support you.

The TUSD Wellness Center is an online portal to help students, parents, and staff members access the mental health and wellness resources, when they need them, at any time. Students and parents can connect with school counselors, access mental health referrals, and tap into tools and techniques to manage stress and create balance.

The TUSD Wellness Helpline is available by email at tusdwellness@tusd.org. The Helpline is being answered by TUSD mental health and counseling support staff.
