Transcript and Records Requests

Payments
- To make a payment, please go to https://shsrecords.myschoolcentral.com/ and enter the correct amount for the total number of transcripts you are ordering. Please pay close attention to the price per transcript.
- Be aware there are credit card processing fees. The charges are .95 technology fee per transaction, plus a 3% and .35 credit card processing fee.
- For in-person pickup or mailing, you can come to the counseling office of the SHS Administration Building between the hours of 8am to 4pm.

Former Students
- You are considered a Former Student beginning in August after graduation from South High School.
- The cost for former student transcripts is $5.00 per transcript. The cost is the same for an official or unofficial transcript.
- Please note that requests for records before 2004 may take up to ten business days to process, as they are currently being digitized.
- We do not mail transcripts. If you need them mailed, you must provide a self-addressed, stamped envelope either in person, or you can mail it to the South High School Counseling Office, Attn: Transcript Request.
Current SHS Students Grades 9-12 (Not for College)
- All current SHS students receive one free unofficial transcript each semester from their counselor.
- For any more transcripts, the student must order the number and type of transcript they need.
- The cost for student transcripts is $2.00 per transcript with student pickup or via email.
- If you need transcripts mailed, you must provide a self-addressed, stamped envelope to the counseling office staff. They will include the transcript and then return it to you for mailing.
- If someone other than yourself will pick up or receive your transcript, you must provide their full name on the form and ensure that they bring their ID with them.
- Official transcripts cannot be emailed to private emails. They must either be sent directly to the recipient or be picked up in the counseling office by the student or parent.
- You must validate that a parent is aware of this transaction by having them enter an electronic signature on this form, along with contact information.
Current SHS Seniors Only (For Upload to Colleges)
- This is the form for the Initial, Mid-Term, and Final Transcript Request for college. This includes all college applications, including the Common Application.
- This form is to request transcripts to be sent electronically to the 4-year colleges you're applying to.
- The cost is $2.00 per college.
- If you need a hard copy mailed to your college, come to the Counseling Office for assistance.
