Please complete this ONLINE SURVEY one per family unless the responses will be different for each child. Please note that the back gate will only be open from 11:45 - 12:15 pm, and reopen at 1:30 pm. We will also open up limited parking on the blacktop for parent parking from 11:45. Go straight to your child's classroom to take them to the grass field. If you arrive after 12:00, your child will be waiting for you in the Cafeteria.
You may arrive as early as 11:45 AM.
