Attendance is Important!  Attend Today Achieve Tomorrow

Please contact the office for any absences.  10% of the school year (180 days) is 18 absences, which is too many and is considered chronically absent and reported to the state as chronic absenteeism.

If you are sick, have an emergency, planned travel that is 3 or more consecutive days of absences, you can ask for an independent study contract and if the work is turned in, this would not count against your absences.

Excellent Attendance Award will be given out to students who have less than 3 absences and less than 3 tardies.  Congratulations to these students!

Front of School Drop Off

For the safety of the children, please use the Valet to drop off your children. Do NOT drop off in front of the school at the street where it’s red. It’s red for the safety of the driver and children.  No U-turns in front of the school and please do not drop off or use the teacher parking lot.

Free online Tutoring to all CA students

Anyone with a library card may access these services. See the attached slides for the contact information.
