Jefferson PTSA Membership

All Jefferson Middle School students, parents, teachers, and administrators are encouraged to become members of our JMS PTSA. Our PTSA provides programs such as Adventures in Art, CAMFEL Character Education assemblies, R.E.A.L. assembly incentives, Reflections Art Program, class field trips, student awards, scholarships, parent education, and much, much  more. You and your student are encouraged to join the Jefferson PTSA.  Through your support, PTSA advocates for your student as well as students across the nation to ensure that we continue to focus on the whole student. With your membership you will contribute to your student’s academic and social experience at Jefferson. This year, we are combining our PTSA Membership and Direct Donation drive to simplify the registration process for you. PTSA Membership dues are $9.00 per person this year.

Membership and Direct Donation Drive -to come soon!

You Can Make A Difference!

The Jefferson Middle School PTSA is a volunteer, non-profit organization.  With the financial support of our members and parent volunteers, we are able to furnish our students with enriching and engaging programs, activities, community events and supplies that cannot be funded by the school or district.

How Can You Help?

  1. Become a Member of our School PTSA. Did you know that anyone in your family and in the community can join? Our JMS students are strongly encouraged to join and participate and receive incentives at PTSA sponsored events by showing their membership card. By becoming a member, you are helping to fund various key programs at Jefferson.
  2. Volunteer. Without the help of our parents or community members who able to donate their time, many PTSA supported programs would not be possible. We NEED YOU - even in Middle School, if not More So than before!

By supporting the PTSA, you are bringing the following programs and activities to the students at Adams:

  • Adventures in Art
  • Reflections Art Contest
  • Assemblies
  • Staff vs. Student Basketball Game
  • Buses for field trips
  • Motivation Programs
  • Red Ribbon Week
  • Blue Ribbon Week
  • 8th Grade Promotion Aloha Picnic
  • 8th Grade Promotion Dance
  • Honorary Service Awards
  • And many more…

In addition to enrichment programs that supplement our students’ education, Jefferson  PTSA contributes to our surrounding community and WHS and TUSD scholarships. Our PTSA also recognizes our teachers’ dedication by funding Teacher Appreciation and Teacher Grants. By giving your time and support financially, you are making a positive difference in the lives of every student at Jefferson Middle School. Thank you for your support.

What is your story?

Shoparoo

Earn Free Money for our PTSA

Shoparoo! Another way to support JMS through our PTSA is to get the FREE app Shoparoo. It’s simple! Snap pictures of your receipts from grocery stores, convenience stores, dollar stores, pet supply stores, and drug stores to earn Roo Points for JMS. Shoparoo does the rest to convert these Roo Points into cash donations at the end of the school year. You can also snap pictures of your receipts from restaurants and non-grocery retailers to get monthly $1,00 Sweepstake Entries for JMS.
