Mission Statement:
The Jefferson Library is committed to preparing students to be information literate – to effectively access, evaluate, use, and integrate information and ideas into their lives. The library strives to foster an environment that encourages intellectual curiosity and independent, creative thinking.

Library Services:
Students may visit the library before school, at snack, and during lunch. Students who would like to visit the library at any other time, must have a pass from their teacher.

Policies and Procedures:
Students are responsible for what they check out. Library books are checked out for a two week period. Students may renew library books before the due date for an additional two week period. Students are expected to pay the replacement cost of lost and/or damaged books. Students may use available chrome books for school assignments – NO Games or YouTube Videos.
