8th Grade Form for Warrior Focus

Hi Incoming 9th Grade West High Families,

Warrior Focus is the club at West High that runs our Warrior Welcome event in the summer and helps our new Warriors throughout the course of their freshmen year. This year we are hoping to learn the interests of our rising freshmen ahead of time, so we can better connect them with a mentor from our club for next year.  

Eighth-grade students, please complete this form by Monday, May 5th, and our Warrior Focus Team will work hard to find the best connections for you.
