The Sketchers Walk is on October 27, 2019. Please see the attached flyer for explicit directions on how to sign up under the Jefferson Middle School Team. You can be a virtual walker or you can actually walk from the Manhattan Pier to the Hermosa Pier and back. Ms. Marin, Mr. Loaiza, and Mrs. Numark will be walking. We would love for you to join us! 100% of the $30 sign up fee returns to our school and we will be purchasing additional chromebooks and charging carts with the hope that we can have one complete cart of devices for every classroom. Each set of chromebooks including the cart cost roughly $12,000. Last year Hickory Elementary School in TUSD raised $20,000! TEF will kick in $1,000 for every school that enlists 100 walkers.
