JMS Families,
On campus registration will include distribution of student schedules, locker assignments, information about Jefferson PTSA, yearbooks, 8th grade events, physical education uniforms and more! Students will have an opportunity to walk the campus to locate their classrooms and practice opening their lockers to be sure all are comfortable on the first day of school (schedules and locker information will be distributed at registration with completion of online registration).
Families are encouraged to join us at anytime between 8:00 am - 1:00 pm and parents are not required to attend, students can come on their own or with another adult as long as the online registration is complete we can help with navigating on campus registration for students, friends or family that might be assisting our Jaguars whose parent/ guardian can not make it on August 12.
As mentioned above, we will have computers available for those who might need assistance in the online registration process. It will make your registration time take a bit longer however we are happy to help any family that might need assistance in this or any other matter.
For our families that can not make on campus registration, not to worry. Schedules and locker combonations will be visible on student's PowerSchool account a few days before school. Likewise P.E uniforms (plain black shorts or sweat and yellow t-shirt- no print or graphics can be worn for PE for families are opting to not purchase a JMS uniform) will be available through the office all year and not needed until the second week of school. Additionally information shared at registration will be posted online as well for families who are not able to join us.
Payments for yearbooks, PE Uniforms and PTSA Donations (see flyer below) are cash or check. Unfortunately, we don't have the abilyt to accept payment via cards, apple pay, etc.
