Attention 6th Grade Students & Parents:
The JMS Health Office is offering a FREE MILE PASS for all 6th grade students who get their Tdap and 2nd Varicella shots in before April 30th.
You have three ways to get your students shot records in: you can send it to the Health Office, email it to greenfield.heather@tusd.org or they can fax it to 310-972-6398.
