Dr. Michael Remland

Dr. Remland has been in education since 1995.  Prior to coming to Torrance Unified Dr. Remland taught kindergarten, fourth, fifth and sixth grades  he was a Professional Learning Community Coordinator, and a Middle School Assistant Principal.  Dr. Remland is in his tenth year as a Principal and his twelth in administration.  He lives in Seal Beach with his wife of 24 years, and two beautiful daughters.  When he is not busy at Fern Dr. Remland can be found camping with his family, playing with Maggie (his labrador retriever), working on his car, or teaching as an Adjunct Professor at Azusa Pacific University.
