Arnold Elementary’s School Counseling Mission: Through a comprehensive school counseling program, we support every student’s academic, social-emotional, and personal growth, creating a safe and positive environment where all students feel connected, valued, and empowered to dream it, believe it, and achieve it.

Arnold Elementary’s School Counseling Vision: Arnold students are encouraged to grow into resilient, self-driven, and capable lifelong learners who lead with integrity and contribute meaningfully to their diverse communities, reflecting the TUSD’s Portrait of a Graduate.

Our counseling program provides a variety of direct and indirect supports, including:

  • Individual and small group counseling
  • Classroom social-emotional lessons
  • In-class student support
  • Academic skill-building (organization, goal-setting, progress monitoring)
  • Crisis intervention and support
  • Referrals for students and families needing additional support
  • Collaboration with parents, teachers, and staff
  • 504 plan evaluations and support

Students can request to see Miss Arquisch by filling out a Request to See Form in the front office or by speaking with her directly.

At Arnold Elementary, we care about the well-being of every student and family. Our district partners with trusted community and statewide programs that offer free or low-cost mental health support for children and youth.
