Executive Board Meetings
Executive Board Meetings are generally held the first Wednesday of each month. Meetings will be held via Zoom. All members are welcome. For Zoom info, please email: pta.launch@gmail.com. Here is the schedule for the 2023-2024 Meetings:
- 9/6 @ 4:30 pm
- 10/4 @ 4:30 pm (no school on 10/5)
- 11/1 @ 4:30 pm
- 12/6 @ 4:30 pm
- 1/10 @ 4:30 pm
- 2/7 @ 4:30 pm
- 3/6 @ 4:30 pm
- 4/10 @ 4:30 pm (no school on 4/5)
- 5/1 @ 4:30 pm
- 6/5 @ 4:30 pm
LAUNCH PTA Association Meetings
The purpose of PTA Association meetings is for the Association (all PTA members) to approve nominations for next year’s executive board and to vote on any issues requiring the entire Association. It is attempted to schedule these meetings along with other school events to make it convenient for all PTA members to attend. The 2023-2024 Association meetings will take place:
- 8/31 @ 4:00 pm on the blacktop during "Ready, Set, Go!
- Future Association Meetings - TBD
