We are now accepting applications for children to participate in our Peer Assisted Learning (PAL) Program, which is fee-based. The cost is $100/week and there is more information in the tab below. If you would like to apply to our PAL program, please click here.
If you have a concern about the development of your child and would like them to be formally assessed to see if your child meets the eligibility criteria for an Individualized Education Plan, please reach out to our office (310) 972-6500 x 2550. If your child already has an IEP, please enroll with the Family Welcome Enrollment Center. Click here for the FWEC website. The FWEC phone number is (310) 972-6280.
If your child will be attending LAUNCH preschool, either with an IEP or in our PAL Peer Model Program, the enrollment documents below will also need to be completed. Please reach out to our office if you have any questions! (310) 972-6500 x 2550.
Parents: Please complete this form if you are interested in having your child attend LAUNCH Preschool as a PAL (typical preschooler) in our classes at LAUNCH. LAUNCH has special education and general education classes and we place PALS in both classroom settings. We have PALS attend LAUNCH for a fee ($100 a week) for a 5 day a week program either in a morning or afternoon session. This fee during a typical year includes a daily snack which we provide. All students selected as PALS must be potty trained and priority is given to siblings. At this time, we accept applications on a rolling bases and place students in classes as we have room. Once you have completed this form, you may also contact the school office to determine the status of your application (310) 972-6500 x 2550. Also, parents will be notified by phone and or email from a staff member at LAUNCH when placement is available. All applications are to be collected electronically and if our program is full, your child will be placed on the wait list.
It is MANDATORY that a copy of your child's current immunization record be provided to the FWEC (Family Welcome Enrollment Center) or directly to LAUNCH prior to their first day of school.
