We are now accepting applications for children to participate in our Tuition-Based Program. Please find our Parent Handbook for our Tuition-Based Program Below:

We have both AM and PM Special Day classes, which is also a 5 day a week program. All students selected as PALS must be potty trained and priority is given to siblings. Also, parents will be notified by phone and/or email from a staff member to arrange for a meeting with you and your child to discuss the PAL program.
If you have a concern about the development of your child and would like them to be formally assessed to see if your child meets the eligibility criteria in the area of a suspected disability, please reach out to our office (310) 972-6500 x 2550. If your child will be attending TUSD Preschool at LAUNCH, either in our Tution-Based Program or with an IEP, the enrollment documents below will also need to be completed. Please reach out to our office if you have any questions! (310) 972-6500 x 2550.
Families: Please complete this form if you are interested in having your child attend LAUNCH Preschool in our Tuition-Based Program. LAUNCH has general education classes in the morning and afternoon session. All students participating in our Tuition-Based Program need to be potty trained and priority is given to siblings of students participating in the program. The fee is $420/month for a 5 day a week program. This fee, during a typical year, includes a daily snack which we provide.
If you would like to apply for your child to be a Peer Assisted Learning (PAL) Model Peer in our Special Day Class for a reduced tuition rate, please click here. We have am and pm Special Day classes, which is also a 5 day a week program. All students selected as PALS must be potty trained and priority is given to siblings. Also, parents will be notified by phone and or email from a staff member at LAUNCH when placement is available. All applications are to be collected electronically and if our program is full, your child will be placed on the wait list.
It is MANDATORY that a copy of your child's current immunization record be provided to the FWEC (Family Welcome Enrollment Center) or directly to LAUNCH prior to their first day of school.
All paperwork listed below is required prior to starting school. Unfortunately, some of the information is duplicated so as to meet requirements by both Torrance Unified School District and the CA Department of Child Development Services for site licensing purposes. Returning students need to complete Items #1-4 each year. New students need to complete items #1-11. Tuition-based students only: Please complete the Annual Terms and Conditions form along with the $100 Non-Refundable Annual Registration fee (Applied to the first month of tuition).
