Years Teaching:  I am in my 23rd year of teaching for the Torrance Unified School District.  I began teaching kindergarten and then taught a kindergarten/first grade combination class for two years.  I taught first grade for several years and this is my fifth year teaching second grade.  I have been fortunate enough to have taught all twenty-three years here at Victor Elementary.

Education: I received my Bachelors degree in Liberal Studies at Chico State University.   I earned my teaching credential from Concordia University.  I then went on to pursue my master's degree at Grand Canyon University.  I earned my Master's degree in 2001.

Hobbies: Shopping, reading, going to sporting events, and spending time with friends and family

Go Kings Go

I am really excited to be teaching second grade again this year.  I'm looking forward to a great year filled with lots of learning and fun.  If you are not a hockey fan, you will be soon.   I'm a HUGE Kings fan!!  I've had season seats for over 20 years and attend almost every home game.  Your children will be coming home excited to watch hockey on tv.  You'll be surprised to see how much they know about the LA Kings and the sport of hockey. So get ready to cheer on the best team in hockey....Go Kings Go!!
