Starting November 6, we will open one of the classrooms for After School Homework Club on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. Students 1st-5th will be able to stay after school until 4:00 pm to work on their homework. All students who are attending for the first time will be asked to fill out this form to provide permission for your child to stay. This form will only need to filled out once. Parents, please send a message to your teacher letting them know that your child will be staying for After School Homework Club. Your student can stay one day a week or all four days. Chromebooks will be available.
