If you plan to come on campus to volunteer, have a meeting with a teacher, Principal, etc., you must now be cleared through the Raptor system. Raptor is a visitor/volunteer management system, which enhances school security through database screening and printing of photo identification badges for all visitors/volunteers in our schools. ID badges must be worn at all times on our campus. The Raptor system is a district wide system that clears you through the Megans Law database.
If you are volunteering, you will need to complete the annual volunteer agreement, have an up to date TB test and we will need to run a government issued ID (Drivers License, Passport, etc.) through the Raptor system.
If you are coming on campus for any type of meeting, we will also need to run a government issued ID or you will not be allowed on campus.
Please remember to bring your government issued ID (Drivers License, Passport, etc.) to enter campus or you will not be allowed to enter the campus.
This system has been put in place for the safety our children, staff, and visitors/volunteers on campus.
