City of Torrance Recreation Services After School Club

The City of Torrance Recreation Services department offers the After School Club for Yukon students in grades first through fifth. The program is held at Yukon, on school days Monday through Friday immediately after school until 6:00 p.m. The program seeks to provide students with a safe and nurturing environment where they can build their self-esteem by strengthening their communication, team building, and socialization skills. Activities include homework time, games, community service projects, field trips, arts and crafts, sports, and a variety of other activities. A daily snack is provided.
