Towers Website/E-Blast Procedures
All PTA material must be approved by the Principal and the PTA President before it can be posted on the website or included in the E-Blast. To obtain approval, email your flyer or communication to the:
Webmaster – email@example.com
Principal – firstname.lastname@example.org
PTA President – email@example.com
School Secretary – firstname.lastname@example.org
The Principal and PTA President will “reply to all” with their approval. Once the webmaster receives approval, she will post it to the website/include it in the E-blast. The E-blast is sent out to parents twice each week during the school year. Items must be received at least 24 hours before the e-blast will be sent.
