EVERY YEAR ALL VOLUNTEERS MUST
- Complete and submit the TUSD form entitled Application and Agreement for Volunteer Services and Code of Conduct. This is also available in the office.
- Submit a copy of your drivers license
- Have a current negative TB test on file. There is a list available in the office showing who is up to date and those expired. If yours has expired then please arrange a retest and submit a copy of your result.
As parents’ applications are cleared a list will be posted in the office and on the Seaside website. Please check to ensure your paperwork has been processed. Thanks for your patience while names are run through Megan’s Law and for your co-operation in ensuring all paperwork is complete when submitted.
If you do not see your name, continue to check next week. An updated list will also be kept in the office. Thanks for your patience. The process takes some time and we will have everyone cleared as soon as possible. If you become concerned that your name has not been cleared, please feel free to email me.
