EVERY YEAR ALL VOLUNTEERS MUST

  • Complete and submit the TUSD form entitled Application and Agreement for Volunteer Services and Code of Conduct along with a copy of your state Driver's License, State Identification Card, or passport.  
  • Have a current negative TB test on file. There is a list available in the office showing who is up to date and those expired. If yours has expired then please arrange a retest and submit a copy of your result.
  • Prior to volunteering, your Driver's License, State Identification, Passport must be scanned through our Raptor system.  Please bring your form of identification to to the office so that it can be scanned.

 

The volunteer clearance process may take as long as 5 business days.  Please be sure to submit your paperwork early so that you will be cleared to volunteer for any Seaside volunteer opportunities.

As parents’ applications are cleared, a list will be posted in the office and emailed in our weekly Seaside Splash.
