  • Repairs and maintains inside plumbing, drinking fountains, sewer pipes
  • Repairs lawn sprinkler systems
  • HVAC technicians repair & maintain heating, ventilating & air conditioning systems, microwave ovens, cafeteria & home economic stoves & refrigerators
  • Metal Shop fabricates rain gutters, sheet metal items & performs metal fabrication welding
ELECTRICAL DEPARTMENT
JACK EVANS
  • Repairs electrical, lighting, clocks, bells & fire alarm systems
  • Repairs floor scrubbers, water pick-up machines, vacuum cleaners, auto & wood shop power tools
    Office Machine Technicians repair office equipment except copy machines
  • Computer Technicians repair all computers, printers and related equipment
  • Audio-Visual technicians repair televisions, video equipment, projectors & public address systems
CARPENTRY/PAINT DEPARTMENT
ROBERT DELONTI
  • Repairs doors, door closers, buildings, roofs, floor tile, ceiling tile
  • Hang chalk boards & projector screens
  • Paint & remove graffiti, furnish signs & do small paint jobs
  • Locksmith repairs & rekeys locks & furnishes keys as required
  • Glazier repairs windows, window hardware, window screens & replaces glass & Lexan panes
PLANNING DEPARTMENT
SHARON DONALD
  • Provides plans, specifications & job walks to accomplish capital expenditure projects (Deferred Maintenance, Developer Fees, Maintenance Assessment District funds)
  • Provide cost estimates & inspection services for all capital improvements
  • Maintains and updates all District blueprints & construction records
GROUNDS DEPARTMENT
SAL CASTANEDA

  • Maintains all lawns, ornamental areas & sports playfields
    Uses herbicides to control weeds & mark athletic fields & pesticides to control insects
  • Determines water needs for grounds & sets lawn sprinkler control clocks in accordance
  • Maintenance Mechanics inspect and repair playground equipment, fences, gates, walkways & asphalt
CUSTODIAL DEPARTMENT
GREG KEAN
  • Conducts safety & health inspections
  • Answers security alarm calls
  • Assists in dispatching substitute custodians on evening shift from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM
  • Winter, spring & summer break - provides supervision for all District custodians
TRANSPORTATION DEPARTMENT

  • Supervises, trains & dispatches all bus drivers, coordinates contract busing
  • Coordinates District Safety Program
FLEET MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR
