CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by Dr. Klonecky at 3:33 p.m.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES –Regular Meeting of February 5, 2008
Dr. Griffith moved, seconded by Dr. Klonecky, that the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of February 5, 2008 be approved. Motion carried 2/0.
APPROVAL OF ELIGIBILITY LISTS- Campus Security, Child Development Instructor, Child Development Program Assistant-Tier II
Dr. Griffith moved, seconded by Dr. Klonecky, that the Eligibility Lists –Campus Security, Child Development Instructor, and Child Development Program Assistant-Tier II be approved. Motion carried 2/0.

COMMENTS FROM STAFF
Ms. Kwan reported that both she and Mr. Yepez attended a CODESP training session on February 7, 2008 at Huntington Beach UHSD entitled Selection Planning that covered topics on developing recruitment plans, discrimination laws, developing and selecting test materials, and analyzing test results. Mr. Yepez added that the training was informative and that he greatly benefited from hearing comments about the recruitment process shared by other school districts’ employees.
She further noted that there was no fee for this training since CODESP is one of the Personnel Commission membership testing organizations.
