Seaside Elementary Vetrans Day Assembly
Seaside Elementary will conduct a special Veterans Day Assembly on Friday November 9, 2007. The students, along with the Seaside Girl Scouts and Cub Scouts, will be dedicating their campus garden in the memory of Joseph Anzack Jr. A Torrance resident, Joseph was part of the 1998 class at Seaside Elementary and went on to graduate from South High School. Joseph is missed by family and friends and is remembered as a true Torrance Hero.
The dedication ceremony will take place in front of the school at approximately 9 am and is open to those wanting to take part in remembering our local hero.
Seaside Elementary is located at 4651 Sharynne Lane in Torrance.
