CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by Dr. Klonecky at 3:30 p.m.

The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Dr. Koga.
MOTION TO ADD CLOSED SESSION ITEM
Dr. Griffith moved, seconded by Dr. Klonecky, that Closed Session- Interviews – Associate Personnel Analyst be added. Motion carried 2/0.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES-Regular Meeting of
November 7, 2006
Dr. Griffith moved, seconded by Dr. Klonecky, that the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of November 7, 2006 be approved. Motion carried 2/0.
APPROVAL OF ELIGIBILITY LISTS-
Account-Payroll Clerk, Paraeducator-Tier I/Tier II
Dr. Griffith moved, seconded by Dr. Klonecky, that the Eligibility Lists – Account-Payroll Clerk and Paraeducator-Tier I/Tier II be approved. Motion carried 2/0.
APPROVAL OF REVIEW OF RULE & REGULATIONS BY PERSONNEL COMMISSION LEGAL COUNSEL, KRISTINE KWONG
Dr. Griffith moved, seconded by Dr. Klonecky, that the Personnel Rules and Regulations be reviewed by Legal Counsel Kristine Kwong at a cost not to exceed $7,000. Motion carried 2/0.
