CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by Dr. Klonecky at 3:30 p.m.

Mr. Busch noted that he was pleased to see the many eligibility lists created and commended staff efforts to promote classified employees.

ADJOURNMENT
Torrance Unified School District Office Board Room, 2336 Plaza del Amo, Torrance, February 7, 2006.
The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Mr. Busch.
Dr. Griffith moved, seconded by Mr. Busch, that the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of January 10, 2006 be approved as amended. Motion carried 3/0.
Mr. Busch moved, seconded by Dr. Griffith, that the Eligibility Lists -- Health Clerk, Information Technologies System Support Specialist, Job Coach, Paraeducator-Tier I/Tier II be approved. Motion carried 3/0.
Job Announcements:
Behavior Analyst, Child Development Program Assistant-Tier I/Tier II, Child Development Instructor, Custodian, Fiscal Services Assistant, Human Resources Analyst, HVAC Mechanic (Technician, Mechanic-Bus Driver, Senior Accounting Specialist.

Dr. Koga noted that she was enrolled in the Torrance Area Chamber of Commerce Grassroots Public Service Academy. She shared the information received from the first session, which was quite informative. She also noted that she recently attended ECT in which the Superintendent and Deputy Superintendent provided information on the facilities bond under discussion.
Mr. Busch noted that he was a member of the City of Torrance Planning Commission and they would soon be working on the General Plan.Dr. Griffith noted that he was invited by the Board to serve as a member of the District Facilities Committee, which was chaired by Gary Kuwahara and was comprised of 20 members.
At 3:58 p.m., the Commissioners adjourned to Closed Session.
The Commissioners adjourned the Closed Session at 4:14 p.m.
The meeting was adjourned 4:15 p.m.
