CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by Dr. Klonecky at 3:30 p.m.

CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL
The Commission convened to discuss pending litigation possibilities.Legal counsel, Betty Ann Downing of Kaufman Downing LLP, stated that there was not a basis for starting litigation. Attorney Downing then provided information concerning the Ballot Measure by G. Rick Marshall (per attached).
