CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by Dr. Klonecky at 3:30 p.m.

PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
The Pledge of Allegiance was dispensed with.
ANNOUNCEMENT OF NEW DIRECTOR-PERSONNEL COMMISSION
On behalf of the Personnel Commissioners, Dr. Klonecky announced that their selection for the Director-Personnel Commission was Kris Koga.Mr. Busch moved, seconded by Dr. Griffith, that Kris Koga be hired as the new Director-Personnel Commission on the Classified Management Salary Schedule, Range M6, Step 1, effective March 1, 2005. Motion carried 3/0.
Mr. Busch commended Mrs. Bev Mautino on her excellent job performance as Acting Director-Personnel Commission since Dr. McCann's retirement. He noted that he looked forward to working with Kris as the new Director.Dr. Griffith related that he had been involved in the hiring of seven superintendents (5 in TUSD and 2 at SCROC) and was pleased to also be involved in the hiring of the Director-Personnel Commission. He also congratulated Kris on her new appointment.
