CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by Dr. Klonecky at 11:00 a.m.

DISCUSSION -- RETIREMENT AND RECRUITMENT -- DIRECTOR-PERSONNEL COMMISSION
The Commission convened for a Discussion of the Retirement and Recruitment of the Director-Personnel Commission on Friday, December 10, 2004.Dr. McCann provided a proposed recruitment flyer and supplemental application for Director-Personnel Commission.Dr. Griffith moved, seconded by Mr. Busch, the recruitment flyer and supplemental application for the position of Director-Personnel Commission be approved. Motion carried 3/0.
MOTION TO ADD CLOSED SESSION
Dr. Griffith moved, seconded by Mr. Busch, that Closed Session be added. Motion carried 3/0.The Commissioners adjourned to Closed Session at 11:05 a.m. and resumed open session at 11:20 a.m.
MOTION TO ADD SPECIAL MEETING
Dr. Griffith moved, seconded by Mr. Busch, that a Special Meeting of the Personnel Commission be added on Tuesday, December 14, 2004 at 10:30 a.m. in the Personnel Commission Conference Room. Motion carried 3/0.
