CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by Dr. Klonecky at 3:30 p.m.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES --Regular Meeting of November 2, 2004
Mr. Busch moved, seconded by Dr. Griffith, that the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of November 2, 2004, be approved. Motion carried 3/0.
APPROVAL OF ELIGIBILITY LISTS -- School Secretary I
Dr. Griffith moved, seconded by Mr. Busch, that the Eligibility List -- School Secretary I be approved. Motion carried 3/0.
APPROVAL OF LEGAL SERVICES INVOICE REGARDING MERIT SYSTEM BALLOT MEASURE FROM ATTORNEY BETTY ANN DOWNING
Mr. Busch moved, seconded by Dr. Griffith, that the Legal Services Invoice Regarding Merit System Ballot Measure from Betty Ann Downing dated October 25, 2004 be ratified and approved for payment. Motion carried 3/0.

COMMENTS FROM STAFF
Dr. McCann noted that District employees were in receipt of a memorandum from Superintendent Fish dated November 16, 2004 stating:"On November 15, 2004, the Board of Education approved the Supplemental Employee Retirement Plan (SERP) for certificated, non-management employees. Since our purpose is to generate savings in time of severe budget reductions, we will not be extending this offer to management or classified employees. The cost analysis (available in Business Services) for these two groups shows a loss, which would detract from savings on the certificated side. Our goal will be to save as many jobs as possible through plans such as the SERP."The Commissioners unanimously requested that a copy of the cost analysis be obtained from Business Services for their review.
