CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by Dr. Klonecky at 5:30 p.m.

PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Dr. Griffith.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES - March 16, 2004 and March 23, 2004
Mr. Busch moved, seconded by Dr. Griffith, that the minutes of the regular meeting of March 16, 2004 and the special meeting of March 23, 2004, be approved. Motion carried 3/0.
PUBLIC HEARING - Personnel Commission Budget - 2004-2005
Dr. Klonecky opened the Public Hearing for the Personnel Commission Budget-2004-2005. Hearing no comments, he requested a motion to close the Public Hearing.Dr. Griffith moved, seconded by Mr. Busch, that the Public Hearing for the Personnel Commission Budget-2004-2005 be closed.
APPROVAL OF PERSONNEL COMMISSION BUDGET - 2004-2005
Dr. Griffith moved, seconded by Mr. Busch, that the Personnel Commission Budget-2004-2005 be approved. Motion carried 3/0.Dr. McCann noted that the approved Personnel Commission Budget would be forwarded to the District for further processing.
APPROVAL OF PROPOSED PERSONNEL COMMISSION TIME CHANGE
Mr. Busch moved, seconded by Dr. Griffith, that the Personnel Commission meeting time change of 3:30 p.m. on the first and third Tuesdays of the month be approved on a trial basis. Motion carried 3/0.

COMMENTS FROM COMMISSIONERS
Dr. Griffith and Mr. Busch provided an update of current activities within the Torrance Area Chamber of Commerce.
