Checklist for Enrolling New Students

Click one of the links below to view a list of schools. Click the name of a school in your immediate area and double-check the surrounding streets in the boundary map. This will help you determine which school to contact to enroll your child.
Step 2 – Gather the Following Information
- Your child's birth certificate. For other documentation accepted, click here.
- Immunization and health history records from your child’s physician. For more detailed information, click here

- Most recent report card (except for incoming kindergarten students)
- Two current utility bills (i.e. electric and gas, electric and water/trash, or electric and cable) Telephone bills are not accepted. For more information regarding residency verification, click here.
Take all of the documents gathered in Step 2 to the school office. The office staff will provide you with all of the forms needed to enroll your child.
