CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by Dr. Klonecky at 5:30 p.m.

The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Dr. Griffith.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES - January 13, 2004
Dr. Griffith moved, seconded by Mr. Busch, that the minutes of the regular meeting of January 13, 2004, be approved. Motion carried 3/0.
APPROVAL OF ELIGIBILITY LISTS - Child Development Preschool Instructor and Job Coach
Mr. Busch moved, seconded by Dr. Griffith, that the eligibility lists - Child Development Preschool Instructor and Job Coach be approved. Motion carried 3/0.

COMMENTS FROM STAFF
Dr. McCann reported, as of today, two reclassification requests have been received. We are estimating that more requests will be received by the deadline date of February 17.The January 2004 Classified Employee Handbooks have been distributed to each individual classified employee. This handbook is also available on Outlook and the District Website.
