Step 1 - Locate the schools for your area.

Step 2 - Gather the Following Information

  1. Proof of Age.  Only the following documents are permitted (Education Code 48002): (1) birth certificate, (2) baptism certificate duly attested, (3) passport, (4) statement by local registrar certifying the date of birth, and (5) affidavit of the parent, guardian or custodian of the minor setting forth the date of birth.

  2. Immunization and health history records from your child’s physician.  Click here for detailed information.

  3. Most recent report card (except for incoming kindergarten students)

  4. Two current utility bills (i.e. electric and gas, electric and water/trash, or electric and cable) Telephone bills are not accepted. For more information regarding residency verification, click here.

Step 3 - Personally Visit School Office

Take all of the documents gathered in Step 2 to the school office.  The office staff will provide you with all of the forms needed to enroll your child.
