  • Responsible for purchasing and/or acquisition of all instructional materials, school and departmental supplies and equipment, maintenance, and administrative services.

  • Responsible for maintenance of inventory and reorder levels, purchasing stock supplies.

  • Responsible for all print requests (in-house and outside vendors)

  • Secure and administer all legal bids and requirements for supplies, equipment, services and construction.

  • Administer and monitor contracts for services, materials, and public works construction projects.

  • Maintain and administer Revolving Cash Fund.

  • Facility Safety and Injury Illness Prevention Program (IIP)

  • Labor Compliance and Recycle Programs
